Former Xfm, Kerrang and Absolute Radio presenter Lucio is joining Planet Rock to host a new weekday breakfast show from January.
He'll replace Alice Cooper, who will now move to evenings on the national DAB station.
Lucio told RadioToday.co.uk: "This show will be the antithesis to JLS, Simon Cowell and painful mornings. Planet Rock has had an amazing year and is just short of 1 million listeners, a milestone we intend to pass in 2011. We’ll be playing an amazing range of classic rock songs plus the best new bands.”

Alice Cooper who has been presenting “Breakfast with Alice” for four years will take over the late shift with ‘Nights With Alice’ every weekday night from 9pm – 1am.
