Ofcom has announced who will operate an RSL in certain areas of the UK during the month of August – including for the Ramadan and Eid periods.
As there is usually a high demand for licences, the regulator has conducted a series of draws to decide which groups can operate a temporary station.
Ofcom said: In addition we drew between applicants for some other periods of the year for which we received competing applications."
