Danny Baker is to return to his daily BBC London radio show a week on Monday, after several months off battling cancer.
He'll also be back on his Saturday morning 5 Live show from next month.
Danny told fans the news via his Facebook page yesterday: "I intend to un-retire again. I shall return to BBC London on Monday April 18th at 3pm to give it another go. I realise this will reduce Steve Wright's overall audience figures by more than 300 but it's a tough game we're in Steve."
BBC London editor David Robey told [link=http://www.bbc.co.uk/ariel/12965683]Ariel[/link] he was delighted Baker was well enough to return, saying: "It feels like an age since Danny was on the station and we have missed him terribly."
Absolute Radio's Christian O'Connell has been covering Danny's weekend show on 5 Live, which Baker will return to at some point in May.
