X Factor star Olly Murs is to host his own radio show on Global’s network of Heart stations around the UK this weekend.
The singer will present Club Classics as a one-off on Saturday night, marking his first ever solo radio show.
He previously stood in for Comedy Dave for a week last month as breakfast co-host of The Chris Moyles Show on Radio 1.
Global say Olly – who’s new single, Busy, is out the following day – will be playing his favourite songs as well as sharing a secret or two with listeners during the 7pm-midnight show.
Olly Murs said: “I’m really looking forward to my Heart Club Classics Takeover – I’ve always wanted to present my own radio show, so it will be a great opportunity to have fun with it and get everyone in the mood for a great Saturday night out!”
