Bauer’s Key 103 and Rock FM news teams have been shortlisted three times for this year’s o2 North West Media Awards.
Key are up for Editorial Team of the Year while journalists Janine Bolton and Michelle Ponting are also nominated.
UTV Media gets one nomination – the only other radio group to be shortlisted in this year’s awards in the region – which is for Kelly O’Donnell in the Sports Reporter of the Year category.
Rock FM’s Janine and Key 103’s Michelle are up against last year’s winner Jimmy McCracken from BBC Radio Merseyside in the Radio Broadcast Journalist of the Year category.
The winners will be announced at the 2011 awards ceremony on November 3 at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
