Kingdom FM changes its name for charity

Fife’s Kingdom FM is to re-brand as Maggie’s FM for five days in support of a local charity, from October 31st to November 4th.

The independent station has been given Ofcom approval for the change, and is hoping to help boost fundraising for a local appeal.

Maggie’s Fife is a well known local resource for people with cancer, and is celebrating five years of operation with the launch of the High-5 Maggie’s Appeal.

The regular presenters will continue with their usual daily shows, combining music and news, with additional content on Maggie’s Fife. Along with the name change comes new jingles and additional interviews.
