GaydarRadio owner looks for investment

QSoft Consulting Limited, the parent company to the Gaydar brands is looking for significant cash investment to help drive the company’s global growth ambitions.

QSoft operates GaydarRadio which, according to the latest RAJAR figures, enjoys three quarters of a million listeners each month.

Ashcombe Advisers has been appointed to assist the company in evaluating a number of recent investment enquiries from parties that share the management’s vision to further build on the global success achieved to date.

The station broadcasts from Queen’s House in South West London 24 hours a day on DAB multiplexes in London and Brighton, and online. It ceased transmission on Sky Digital last year following a substantial decline in its audience figures on the platform.

Simon Bullivant, Senior Partner, Ashcombe Advisers: “Having created the world’s pre-eminent gay brand, the company recognises that further investment and management expertise is required to fulfil the true commercial potential and demand that is being experienced throughout the international and emerging markets”.
