80s star Mark King, from the group Level 42, is to host shows for Isle of Wight Radio.
He’ll present Mark’s Ultimate 80s this weekend as part of a Easter special dedicated to the decade.
Last week the station announced Level 42 as the headline act for its Jubilee festival later this year.
Paul Topping, Programme Director, told RadioToday.co.uk: “We are really excited to have Mark join the team. Mark has so many great stories to tell about growing up and living on the Isle of Wight as well as fronting Level 42 he was an ideal choice to present Ultimate 80s.”
He’ll be on the station Good Friday 10am-2pm and Eastern Monday 3-7pm.
