New radio ideas added to online database

Radio Ideas Bank, the paid-for online resource for on-air promotions and competitions, has added its first original content.

The site previously only showcased classic ideas from around the world for sales execs and programmers to adapt for their own stations’ use.

Managing director Debbie Tighe says: “We’re getting great demand from radio stations all over the world for the contests and promotions we feature. Now we’re creating fresh, new ideas each month to add to our library.”

Radio Ideas Bank already has users in more than 30 countries, including the UK and Europe, the USA, Canada, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Brazil. Its search facility enables stations to look up ideas by client category or occasion and it offers pay-per-idea options as well as subscriptions.
