Sussex stations to hold Children Awards

The four radio stations owned by Media Sound Holdings, Arrow FM, Bright FM, Sovereign FM and Splash FM have announced the return of The Child of Sussex Awards.

The awards celebrate the achievements of the county’s most precious asset and is even promoted by

“Last year’s inaugural awards took place in Brighton, and included emotional and uplifting stories that truly reflect the amazing qualities of our children,” the company said today.

There are fourteen awards including a courage award and a sporting star award, all given to deserving children in the area. They’re also being promoted by ‘etc’ magazine and rival radio station Juice Brighton.

Managing Director Allan Moulds commented; “Our group have been running local award ceremonies for over eleven years, so The Child of Sussex Awards seemed a logical addition to our calendar of events. It truly is an amazing evening.”
