Warrington station Wire FM has provided a special show this morning looking back at events of 20 years ago in the area.
The UTV station gave up its breakfast show to pay tribute to the two children who were killed by an IRA bomb in the town centre.
Host Roy Basnett played interviews with eyewitnesses who called the show, and Colin and Wendy Parry whose son Tim died aged 12.
He also spoke to the brother of a woman who was looking after three year old Jonathan Ball who was killed outright by the bomb. He hasn’t spoken about that day publicly until he called Roy this morning.
