Former Orchard FM and CN Group executive Belinda Allen is joining Celador Radio as managing director for the Thames Valley Region.
Belinda was most recently in charge at Citybeat Belfast and Lakeland Radio in Kendal, but before that was managing director for Heart Somerset.
Her radio career, which started in 2004 after many years in publishing, started at Gemini FM. From 2007 she undertook the position of head of sales at Orchard FM, Taunton, and in 2009, following Global Radio’s group restructuring, was appointed managing director of the station briefly re-branded as Heart Somerset.
Celador Thames Valley runs a number of Breeze branded stations along with Jack FM Swindon.
