BFBS Radio 2 has a fresh line up of weekday comedy programmes for Forces listeners based overseas, starting today, Monday 8th July.
BBC Radio 4’s much-loved panel game, Just a Minute, is the first show to be featured.
A selection of comedy favourites, such as Sketchorama and The Now Show, will also be broadcast between 18.30 and 19.00 from Monday to Friday.
Head of BFBS Radio 2, Mario Chrisostomou, said: “It’s great to be bringing some of the best of British comedy to our discerning audience across the Forces world. It’s not always easy for all of our listeners to get online, so it’s especially gratifying to be able to make the pick of the BBC’s comedy even more accessible.”
The weekday half-hour of humour will be available to BFBS Radio 2 listeners via FM and on TV Digiboxes, all over the Forces world.
