After a summer of hosting Magic Summer Live, Denise Van Outen has had her contract extended to continue presenting a weekend show on the London station.
Denise says she plays a mixture of “listeners and her favourite songs” on the Saturday afternoon show, and enjoys catching up with her pals: “Now that the sun is out and the summer has arrived, I’m loving playing feel good songs every Saturday afternoon and catching up with some of my showbiz pals on air. It’s great to be part of the Magic family!”
Pete Simmons, Magic 105.4 Programming Director says: “After the huge success of Magic Summer Live and the amazing reaction that Denise received on stage as well as from her listeners on air, we are delighted to welcome her to the Magic brand for the foreseeable future.”
Denise first joined the Bauer Media station in March after freelancing at Smooth Radio and a high profile stint on Strictly Come Dancing.
Previously she co-hosted Capital London Breakfast with Johnny Vaughan but quit six months in to a 12 month contract in 2008.
