Signal 1’s search for a breakfast show presenter has resulted in Andy Cook replacing Perry Spiller, who has joined BBC Radio Stoke.
Andy started on-air this week, working along with co-host Louise Stones and producer Aaron.
He has previously hosted breakfast shows at The Bee and The Bay in Lancashire, and Oak 107.
Chris Buckley, Senior Programme Controller at Signal 1 told RadioToday: “We are really pleased to bring a fresh new sound to the Signal 1 breakfast show. Andy has presented many breakfast shows already and
knows exactly what is required to drive our breakfast show forward.
“Andy Cook is just what I’ve been looking for to join Louise who’s been on the show for the past 12 years.”
