Nation Radio makes a deal with the devils

Nation Radio is to become the official radio partner of the Cardiff Devils ice hockey team for the 2013/14 season.

The deal will see the parties work together to promote the Cardiff Devils across South Wales, with regular Devils content, features and competitions broadcast across the region on Nation Radio.

Martin Mumford, Managing Director of Nation Radio said: ‘We’re delighted to add a partnership with the Cardiff Devils to our existing deals with, amongst others, Wales Rugby League, Newport County AFC and Glamorgan Cricket. We’re passionate about sport at Nation Radio and we’re looking forward to helping the Devils become even more successful in 2013/14’

Brent Pope, Managing Director of Cardiff Devils added: “We are excited about working with Nation Radio and developing a new energy surrounding the Devils this season. We need to promote the passion and the positivity surrounding our brand and our future in Cardiff Bay.

“We are building the profile of the sport of ice hockey in South Wales and our new partnership with Nation Radio will be an integral part of raising this awareness. We want all our South Wales Devils fans to stay connected with the team this season on Nation Radio.”
