talkSPORT extends Alan Brazil’s contract

Breakfast presenter Alan Brazil will be staying with national speech station talkSPORT till 2016 after his contract was extended.

He’s already been on the station for 13 years and the former Ipswich, Manchester United, Spurs and Scotland striker says he’s not ready to leave just yet: “fter 13 years on Breakfast I’ve got no intention of slowing down! I’m looking forward to bringing the talkSPORT listeners even more classic interviews and anecdotes including Brazil in Brazil next year.”

Alan is one of the longest serving breakfast presenters on commercial radio, and hosts a four hour talk show each day with co-hosts ex-Premier League manager Neil Warnock, ex-England cricketer Dominic Cork, Tottenham and France legend David Ginola and former England and British & Irish Lions hooker Brian Moore.

Liam Fisher, talkSPORT Programme Director told RadioToday.co.uk: “Alan is a cornerstone of talkSPORT and one of the biggest personalities in the radio industry. This contract extension means that his army of fans will continue to wake up each ‘maarrnin’ to Alan on-air throughout next year’s FIFA World Cup and beyond.”
