RadioToday will once again be broadcasting live from the Radio Academy Awards in London this year, sponsored by Broadcast Bionics.
For the third year running, presenters Stuart Clarkson and Pat Sharp will host the six hour radio show from the Grosvenor House Hotel overlooking all the action from the floor and the stage.
Broadcast Bionics are sponsors of the radio show, making it possible for RadioToday to assemble a dedicated team to bring all the action live, from the build up, interviews on the red carpet, special studio guests with nominees and winners plus all the action from the stage as each winner is announced.
The online stream, provided by PSquared, will be available on RadioTodayLive.com and kicks off at 5pm, going live at 5:30pm.
Radio groups, companies and industry suppliers can also produce their own adverts for the evening, or send short messages of support to be broadcast via email, which was listened to by thousands of people who couldn’t make it to the event last year.
The nominees were announced yesterday in a webcast by the Radio Academy, and the awards evening takes place on Monday 12th May 2014. Here are some memories from last year:
