BBC Radio 1’s The Live Lounge has a new sonic identity from Covent Garden based audio production company On The Sly.
Created especially for the network, the new sound of The Live Lounge can be heard across Radio 1 and has been composed in time for Even More Music Month.
On The Sly Director, Dan Snaith said: “It’s been great working with the team at Radio 1 to develop a distinctive sound for the Live Lounge. The new theme captures the energy and spirit of a live jamming session, and you can really hear a group of people just having fun.”
The new Live Lounge package was launched Monday 1st September on Fearne Cotton’s show as Radio 1 kicked off a month of Live Lounges for September.
