Absolute Radio does 24 hour competition

Listeners to Absolute Radio can win £10,000 next week if they listen to the station for 24 hours from 8am Monday.

The Bauer station is giving out a clue every hour with a prize of £10,000 on offer to celebrate Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment’s Blu-ray and DVD release of 24: Live Another Day.

The competition will start on the Christian O’Connell Breakfast Show then span the No Repeat Guarantee with Russ Williams, Andy Bush in the afternoon, Geoff Lloyd at Hometime, Pete Donaldson’s Evening Show, Chris Martin on Overnights and then back to Christian to announce the winner the following day.

Listeners must gather the first letter of each clue in sequence to form a 24 letter answer phrase. As the final clue is played out at 8am on Tuesday 7th October, listeners must text the studio on 81215 before one correct entrant will be chosen at random to win the £10,000.

Katherine Knapp, Head of Commercial Content at Absolute Radio said: “Not only are we offering the chance to win an incredible £10,000, but with the 24 mechanic we’re encouraging listening and trial across our entire network of shows on Absolute Radio as well as giving the 24:Live Another Day release maximum exposure in a full day programming takeover”

All clues will be posted online at absoluteradio.co.uk for listeners to review.
