Adele to replace Cat on Heart Scotland Breakfast

Adele Cunningham will be the co-host of the brand new Heart Scotland Breakfast show with Robin Galloway from January.

Adele replaces Cat Harvey who has left the station after 12 years on-air. Cat’s former co-presenter Ewen Cameron also left the station in October.

Adele is already at Heart, currently hosting weekends. She’s happy to be moving to weekdays: “I’m super excited about joining Heart Breakfast. To be chosen as Robin Galloway’s new leading lady is a dream come true and l can’t wait to start entertaining the nation. Not only is Robin a true radio legend, he’s also become a great friend. Bring on the breakfast banter!”

Adele previously worked at Radio Clyde, also as breakfast co-host, before joining Capital FM in 2011.

A Heart Scotland spokesperson told RadioToday: “We are thrilled to announce that Adele will be joining Robin for the all new Heart Breakfast show next year. Adele is a great talent and together with Robin, they have a fantastic chemistry. We look forward to them waking up Scotland every weekday morning from 6am.”
