Bauer’s Scottish stations have hired former BBC Scotland Head of News and Current Affairs, John Boothman to take part in an election special tonight.
John will keep listeners on top of the latest Scottish election results during a special show ‘Election 2016 Live’ on Clyde 2, Forth 2, Northsound 2, Tay 2, MFR 2, WestSound, Westsound FM and Radio Borders from 10pm.
Full coverage of Scotland at the polls will be brought to listeners by reporters at all the main counts with the special programme hosted by Clyde’s Gavin Pearson, between 10pm and 2am, and Clyde 2’s John Collins reporting on the final results between 2am and 6am.
Bauer’s Political Correspondent, Alan Smith will broadcast live from the Edinburgh count alongside political pundit John Boothman to bring listeners reactions and results throughout the night.
