Radio presenter Kev Seed in hospital after stroke

Wirral Radio presenter Kev Seed has been taken to hospital after a stroke, but is recovering well, his brother confirms.

The former Radio City, Juice, Rock FM and Wish FM presenter has been off-air for a number of years but recently made a come-back at the community radio station on the Wirral.

Wirral Radio tweeted their best wishes to him: “WirralRadio921 send our best wishes to Kev Seed and his family after been taking ill. We look forward to Kev’s speedy return. #seedy”

Former colleague Pete Price tweeted: “I’m sorry to hear Kev Seed has had a stroke and is in hospital. I hope he makes a speedy recovery.”

Kev’s brother Dave has been tweeting updates, with the latest saying “His blood pressure has come down and scans have shown that the bleed has not worsened.”
