Long-serving Heart East Anglia presenter Jono Woodward is joining the team at community station Zack FM.
The station says he will be on air on Saturdays and will also present some weekday shows.
Jono had worked at the Global/GCap studios in Norwich for more than a decade, most recently doing weekends on Heart across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Zack FM told RadioToday: “We’re really pleased that Jono will be joining us and bringing his wealth of experience, we will announce his exact show soon!”
Zack has an FM community radio licence to cover Forest Heath in Suffolk, from its studios in Mildenhall – but the station also broadcasts on DAB across Cambridge and Norwich via the small-scale trial digital radio multiplexes.

A great presenter. Let’s hope the other ex heart presenters get something similar.
It literally says 105.3 in the logo. (And fix your virus-ridden pop ups.)
It’s a number dyslexic reporter.
I’ve also noticed the viruses on this website when using android phones.
How desperate are some people just to stay on air and in the radio industry, get a proper job with better security
You wouldn’t say that if community radio started whopping commercial radio’s ass.
Newsflash:- You can do both.
Good on ya Jono!!!
