BBC Radio 1 presenters Annie Mac and Danny Howard will present a night of back to back sets from some big DJ names next month in Ibiza including David Guetta and Idris Elba.
The station is celebrating 24 years of creating special events on the island on Friday 2nd August 2019.
Joining Radio 1 on Friday night will be some performances from CamelPhat, David Guetta x Jack Back, Idris Elba, Kölsch, Krystal Klear, Monki, Paul Woolford and Rebüke Solardo.
David Guetta says: “I’m looking forward to be back at Radio 1’s Ibiza Weekend! We’ll have a great party, see you there!”
Kölsch says: “Radio 1 in Ibiza has become an annual tradition for me. This year is very special, as I’m going B2B with the amazing Annie Mac at Ibiza Rocks. It can only become magical.”
Danny Howard will be joined by Sonny Fodera, Gorgon City, Nicole Moudaber and Eli & Fur on his Friday night show (11pm-1am UK time).
On Saturday, MistaJam will also be hosting a Dance Anthems Special from Café Mambo to celebrate the venue’s 25th anniversary.
I agree with Mr Boltar, and the BBC also has spent 100s of thousands of pounds honing Gregory Porter into virtually every possible music show!
Air Fare from NYC, return, it’s surprising he hasn’t been sent to Ibiza to have a party on the licence fee too!
