Wisebuddah has appointed BBC operations exec Adam Mart to the role of MD Studio Operations.

Most recently Senior Technical Producer, BBC Network Radio, Adam has been involved in managing the operational and technical aspects of business-critical studio services and environments for BBC local and network radio since 2001.

Prior to this, Mart was a Studio Engineer in a London recording studio.

Tim Hammond, Managing Director, Wisebuddah, says: “Adam is one of the most experienced managers working in the audio studio business. He offers a unique view on the studios sector, a love of great client service, a deep understanding of high-pressure studio environments, and a wealth of knowledge around the technology, people and processes associated with them.

“We are thrilled that he is joining the team.

“Our studios look after the audio projects of a wide range of high-profile clients across television, advertising, PR, radio and the ever-expanding area of podcasting. Adam’s experience in and passion for providing the best creative and technical solutions to deliver impactful content to audiences everywhere is going to be an asset not only for Wisebuddah, but for our clients, too.”

Adam Mart says: “I’m immensely proud to be joining the Wisebuddah family. At a time when the capacity of audio to convey, influence and entertain has never been stronger, our need to be heard has never been more pressing. After having spent nearly 20 years working amongst some of the world’s best creative and technical minds in audio, it’s an honour to join Wisebuddah Studios and to help develop their consistent reputation for delivering high production value, world-class content.

“Global clients trust the talent at Wisebuddah Studios to help them unite the voices of storytellers with audiences everywhere. I’m excited to get started.”
