Interesting choice of locations- nothing in Yorkshire or the North East one in an area where a rebrand is mooted sooner rather than later and Liverpool and Manchester. Liverpool where I suspect they are very conscious of changes to the Radio City local content – for some reason it seems the station they are most nervous of change (Revenue driven?) and Manchester where The Hits has achieved little following the splash of replacing KEY.

They would have the same problem if they tried to rebrand Metro Radio in Newcastle.

By the way, if you’re going to re-brand a network of stations, surely Radio City would be a better choice than Hits Radio.

True, besides wasn’t their previous portfolio brand named: ‘Bauer City 1 network’?

All they have to do was rename it to ‘The Radio City Network’.

There use to be Metro Radio/TFM Radio Live, but they’ve stopped.

They must of took the idea from Free Radio Live when joined Bauer.

Mind you, Metro listeners must of thought: ‘What’s TFM doing here?’ Whilst the TFM listener must have thought: ‘I thought this concert was exclusive to TFM listeners?’
