Radiocentre is inviting businesses to its free Backing Brilliant Business Masterclass livestream.
Taking place on Tuesday 6th July at 2pm, business owners across the UK are invited to attend a free live and interactive event, where they can hear from experts in the fields of radio, advertising and entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurs can learn how to get the most out of advertising with radio, maximise the effectiveness of their ads and explore how to efficiently squeeze every penny of value from planning an ad campaign.
Sessions will cover radio advertising, how to plan and buy a radio campaign, top tips for brilliant ad creative on a budget and an interactive session with an expert on entrepreneurship.
The live event will encourage business owners to ask the guest speakers questions that will directly benefit their business.
As companies increasingly turn to search and social media for their marketing needs, many are missing out on the direct benefits that radio can bring. Radio is proven to increase awareness for businesses by almost 50%, delivering £7.70 revenue return on investment on average for every pound spent.
Radio can be a great asset to businesses of all sizes and this masterclass will explore how to make the most of radio advertising.
Joining Radiocentre’s Client Director Lucy Barrett and Head of Insight Tara Wilkinson is Radioville’s Managing Partner Sean Carnegie, speakers from Global and Bauer and the UK’s former Entrepreneur in Residence Simon Devonshire OBE. Simon has an extensive corporate career and is also a serial entrepreneur, he previously ran O2 Business and oversaw the marketing division for household brands including Heinz, along with his work with small and medium sized businesses across the UK.
Lucy Barrett said: “We know that there are many businesses out there that would benefit from the boost of being on air. But we also know that some business owners may not know just how easy and cost effective it can be to get your business into audio advertising. This will be an easy to follow workshop, a starter kit, for any business, whether it is looking to target people locally or be heard by millions of national listeners.”
