BBC Radio 2 Live in Leeds cancelled following the death of The Queen

The annual live music event from BBC Radio 2, planned for September 17th and 18th, has been cancelled.

The move comes following the very sad news of the death of Her Majesty The Queen, as a mark of respect.

The BBC says ticket holders will be issued with refunds via the ticketing provider.

Robbie Williams was lined up to headline the BBC Radio 2 festival at Temple Newsam, which would also have seen George Ezra, Kaiser Chiefs, Heather Small, Olly Murs and many more perform.
