Ken Bruce will bring stories from his broadcasting career to two theatre dates this November.
You, Me & The Music will combine his memories of radio and music with live performances by The TSG All-Star Band and Singers, playing selections from the 1960s through to the 2000s.
The first two shows are scheduled for Oxford New Theatre on Wednesday 4 November and Woking New Victoria Theatre on Wednesday 11 November.
Ken will talk about his life in broadcasting, including interviews with artists and performers from across music and entertainment. Six audience questions will also be selected at each date, allowing attendees to put questions directly to the Greatest Hits Radio presenter.
He said: “This will be such a fun, joyous evening, full of stories and brilliant music – I can’t wait to see you all in Oxford & Woking!”
Ken began in hospital radio during the 1970s before joining BBC Radio Scotland in 1977. He later became a regular Radio 2 presenter, hosting its Breakfast Show and mid-morning programme, and also presented Eurovision coverage for the network.
He left BBC Radio 2 in 2023 and now hosts mornings on Greatest Hits Radio, where PopMaster remains part of his weekday programme.
