The Television Radio and Industries Club has opened voting for its annual awards.
For over 50 years, TRIC has been recognising the on-air talent across TV, Radio and online which continue to showcase and praise the diverse talent in UK broadcast media.
TRIC is hosting its 54th Awards ceremony taking place at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in June and the shortlist has names from the worlds of comedy, drama, factual, entertainment streamed television, news, radio and podcasting.
The event will see the biggest names in television, radio and online broadcasting come together to celebrate Britain’s favourite programmes, presenters and personalities on Tuesday 27th June.
You can vote here and voting will close on Friday the 12th May at 5pm in partnership with TiVo.
Last year, Roman Kemp won Best Radio Programme for his Capital Breakfast Show, and Best Radio Personality, for the 4th year in a row. Eamonn Holmes also won news presenter of the year for his work on Breakfast on GB News / GB News Radio.
Hosting the ceremony will be the newly-appointed TRIC President, Rob Rinder and Co-Hosted by Judi Love, with a performance by Hits Radio breakfast co-host Fleur East kicking off the Awards.
18 awards will be presented, recognising the very best in television, radio and online broadcasting including the TRIC Special Award.
Each year TRIC supports two charities – this year TRIC is raising money for Parkinson’s UK and the 45 Aid Society.
