Gaydio bags another gong for European roaming

Gaydio has won a branded series prize at the Campaign Audio Advertising Awards for the second year running.

The award recognises Gaydio in Europe with British Airways, a Gaydio Original podcast series produced in partnership with BA Euroflyer, the Gatwick based subsidiary of British Airways.

The series has now reached its third run, moving from a destination inspiration podcast into a travel guide for LGBTQ+ audiences exploring parts of Europe served by the BA Euroflyer network.

Presented by Gaydio’s Luis Wyatt and Helen Scott, the latest series also featured drag performer Yshee Black, who joined the line up with a new perspective on inclusive destinations.

The wider campaign included on air promotion, digital advertising and social video content, with a live recorded podcast episode in central London also added for the latest series.

Judges praised the campaign’s “community-first approach” and called it a “near perfect fit between client, content and audience”.

Brett Harris, Head of Marketing and Partnerships at Gaydio, said the team was proud to see the series recognised again, adding that it had become “a trusted space for our audience”.

Luis and Brett were also shortlisted at the Prolific North Creative Awards 2026, with Luis nominated for Creative Rising Star and Brett for Creative Trailblazer.
