BBC Asian Network’s live music event, Asian Network Certified, will return to XOYO Birmingham on Saturday 14th November from 7pm to 1am.
The event will feature live DJ sets and special guests, with appearances from Asian Network DJs including AJD, Dipps Bhamrah, DJ Limelight, DJ Manara, Kizzi, Mr. O and Panjabi Hit Squad.
Further guest artists, including a headline act, are set to be announced closer to the date.
Asian Network Certified showcases a range of genres, from British Asian and UK Garage to Punjabi Hip-Hop, RnB and Bollywood beats, reflecting the music championed on the station.
Ahmed Hussain, Head of Asian Network, said the event is about bringing people together to celebrate the breadth of British Asian music, culture and community, as well as the station’s DJs.
He added that returning to Birmingham after last year’s sold-out event is an opportunity to share the sounds and DJs shaping culture live with audiences again.
