Jo Whiley will present a special edition of her Radio 2 show live from Tolbooth in Stirling on Thursday 10th September, in partnership with BBC Introducing.
The programme will showcase three emerging Scottish artists: Alice Faye, Fright Years and James Emmanuel.
Each will perform both an original song and a cover live on air, giving listeners a taste of new talent from Scotland.
Jo said she is looking forward to visiting Stirling for the first time and presenting a live show featuring local musicians.
The event is scheduled ahead of Radio 2 in the Park, which takes place in City Park from 11th to 13th September.
Highlights from the Stirling night will also be broadcast on BBC Introducing in Scotland on Friday 11th September from 8pm to 10pm on BBC Radio Scotland.
The live recording is open to those aged 18 and over, with free tickets allocated by random draw. Registration for tickets closes at 9pm on Monday 10th August, and each applicant can request one pair of tickets here.
