Jungle have recorded an exclusive BBC Music performance featuring seven tracks from across the British collective’s catalogue.
The special, Jungle: Live at the BBC, will be available on BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds from Monday 5 October.
The session includes performances of Sunshine, Where Are You Now, Move Like You Do, Someday Somewhere, The Wave, Casio and Back On 74.
Individual tracks will also be broadcast across BBC Radio on Monday.
Radio 1’s New Music Show with Jack Saunders will feature music from the session, along with Jo Whiley’s programme on BBC Radio 2.
BBC Radio 6 Music will also air tracks during Craig Charles’ afternoon show, with Chris Hawkins sitting in.
The programme is part of a series of music programming planned by the BBC, with another special due later this month marking 20 years since the release of Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black.
Amy Winehouse: Back to Black at 20 will feature a recording of the Back to Black 20 concert at the Roundhouse in Camden on Wednesday 21 October.
The programme celebrating Amy Winehouse’s legacy will subsequently be available on BBC Two and Radio 2.
