Box Office Radio has celebrated its sixth birthday, marking six years of broadcasting music from stage and screen.
The station, which first launched in 2020, is run entirely by volunteers who present, produce and support the broadcasts behind the scenes.
Managing Director Paul Scott said the anniversary is a chance to recognise everyone who has contributed to the station’s journey.
Paul said the team’s passion for musical theatre, movies and radio remains strong, and that the milestone is a celebration of every presenter, volunteer and listener involved.
He highlighted that every hour on air represents someone’s time, effort and passion, and described the volunteers as the heartbeat of the station.
Looking ahead, Paul said the station is focused on the future and excited about what the next six years could bring.
