RCS Worldwide has appointed two senior executives to oversee broadcast software development and its global client service operations.

Tammy Halcomb has been named Senior Vice President of Products, while Merideth Kelly joins as Senior Vice President of Global Client Experience and Transformation.

Tammy will lead the company’s global product organisation, setting the strategy for its broadcast technology portfolio and overseeing the development of software designed to help media companies automate and manage their operations.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in broadcast technology, enterprise software, advertising automation and artificial intelligence.

Before joining RCS Worldwide, Tammy was Vice President of Product Development at Gemini XIII, having previously held senior positions at WideOrbit and Marketron.

She will report to Chief Technology Officer Chip Jellison, who said: “Tammy is a collaborative leader who brings out the best in the teams around her.”

Merideth takes responsibility for RCS Worldwide’s global client experience operations, including improving service delivery and strengthening relationships with broadcasters and media organisations.

Her career began in radio, broadcast and cable newsrooms, including writing and producing the Emmy nominated series Seahawks All Access.

She subsequently moved into broadcast technology, spending more than two decades working across customer support, implementation, project management and revenue operations.

At WideOrbit, Merideth progressed from onboarding specialist to Vice President of Strategic Solutions.

She will report directly to RCS Worldwide Chief Executive Officer and President Susan Larkin.

Susan said Merideth’s appointment reflects the company’s commitment to working more closely with its clients and improving how its services are delivered.
