Possibly up-for-sale radio station Real XS has announced plans for its 3rd annual rock festival taking place in Manchester city centre.
Mockfest will give tributes to the classic rock giants with performances from, UK Foo Fighters, Hats Off To Led Zep, Enraged, Bon Govi, Aladinsane and Ramonas.
Breakfast presenter Mike Sweeney, part of the Salford Jets, will also perform with his All Star Band.
Real XS will be supporting its chosen charity Men Matters, and paying homage to Star Wars Day on May the 4th by giving festival goers the chance to meet storm troopers and win their very own storm trooper helmet.
Station owners Global Radio have just put up a potential For Sale sign on the Real XS brand, saying they would sell the station if the Competition Commission agrees it will help relieve the current competition issues surrounding the recent takeover of the Real and Smooth stations.
