Capital FM’s network evening show presenter James Barr has announced on Twitter that he has presented his last show on the station after three years.
James, who joined the brand after it changed from Galaxy, hosted his last show on August 1st after his contract was not renewed.
The tweet said: “Happy Saturday :). I wanted to be the first to tell you that I’ve presented my last show on Capital FM. It’s been an incredible 3 years…”
Pandora takes over as the new host of Capital FM evenings.
Owners Global Radio told RadioToday: “We can confirm that James Barr has left Capital FM, at the end of his contract. We’d like to wish him the very best for the future and thank him for all of his hard work and enthusiasm during his time with us.”
