Kirkcaldy’s K107FM says it is strengthening its local offering by launching on the Nation Player mobile app.
Martin Mumford from Nation Player said: “We’re delighted to have K107FM join the Nation Player mobile app which now has a selection of well over 100 UK commercial and community radio stations live streams and a range of broadcaster podcasts including a selection of BBC podcasts.
“We’re continuing to build our community with new stations and podcasts joining all the time and regular listener competitions, with the next launching just after Easter.”
A spokesperson for K107FM welcomed the development, saying: “Local radio thrives when it’s easy to find and easy to listen to. Being on Nation Player means our programmes, presenters, and community voices can reach more people, on more devices, in more places.
“It’s also a vital sign to local advertisers that we remain a continued and cost effective way to reach our audience, with more ways for them to listen”
