New evening & weekend presenters at kmfm

Olivia Jones, voted Hits Radio Student Star 2013 Best Female is taking over the evening show on Kent’s kmfm.

Olivia, who has also been freelancing at Eagle Radio, will replace Oli Kemp on The Hit List from January 6th 2014, bringing new features with her.

Also, 19 year old Ben Pearce is also joining kmfm from community station Academy FM Folkestone. Ben has been swing shifting for almost a year and takes on weekend early breakfast from January.

Programme Manager Rob Wills told RadioToday: “I love the idea of having new talent on and off air! Olivia and Ben both bring hunger, youth, new ideas, talent and different skill sets to the team.

“The team are really looking forward to welcoming them and seeing them grow.”
