John Dash will join UTV Radio this month as ILR Group Programme Director with responsibility for programming across UTV?s 17 local radio stations in the UK.
With more than 25 years experience in commercial radio, John is one of the industry?s most experienced programmers. A graduate of Bradford University, John was formerly programme director at Red Dragon in Cardiff, Key 103 in Manchester, Galaxy 101 in Bristol and most recently at Wave 105 on the south coast which won the accolade of ?Commercial Station of the Year? in 2004.

His considerable programming expertise will be a tremendous boost to our local radio stations. John will have a critical role to play in building upon the considerable success of these stations to date by developing strong local content to appeal to our audiences.
