A tough year for GCap Media

As the GCap celebrate their first birthday this week, Chief Executive Ralph Bernard has told Radiojam that he “underestimated some of the challenges” involved in bringing together GWR and Capital.

“The company launched into an advertising downturn and it’s been a tough year where we did underestimate some of the challenges the merger would bring,” said Bernard. “I am confident that we have taken the right steps to turn the company around, that we have been honest about the time needed to do so.”
