96.3 Radio Aire's annual Party in the Park is set to take place on July 27th this year at Temple Newsham, with live coverage of the event broadcast throughout the day.
70,000 free tickets will be distributed, with full the line-up for the event to be revealed on 96.3 Radio Aire in the run up to the event with the ticket launch in Leeds Millennium Square on June 15th.
This is the 16th year that Party In The Park has been held in Leeds and in recent years acts like Girls Aloud, Sugababes, McFly, Natasha Bedingfield, Shayne Ward and Ricky Martin have entertained crowds in the sunshine.
Alexis Thompson, regional managing director of Bauer Radio in Yorkshire said, “This is a great event for the city of Leeds and we’re 'proud to be playing our part again this year'. It’s fantastic that 70,000 people can have a free family day out, and tickets are always in very high demand!”
