Liverpool reunion planned for Radio City

A group of current and ex members of staff from Radio City are exploring the idea of celebrating the 40th anniversary of the station.

The station launched on October 21st 1974 and has since developed into three different stations, Radio City 96.7, City Talk and Magic 1548, all broadcasting from the top of St. John’s Beacon in the centre of Liverpool.

The event will be held in Liverpool City Centre and anyone who has worked for the station is encouraged to get in touch with organisers via radiocityis40@aol.com.
