Students broadcast live show for SRA's Selector initiative

A live three hour radio show is currently broadcasting (1pm till 4pm) as part of this year’s SRA Selector initiative with this year’s six students who are taking part.
The six chosen students were in Folded Wing’s studios in Clerkenwell yesterday for the first day of a two day training session in radio production and presenting.
In yesterday’s session the students learnt about interview techniques, sound design, recording live music (Hannah Lou Clark came in to record a live session), staging live events, a discussion panel with 3 of Folded Wing’s presenters: Goldierocks (The Selector for The British Council), Monki (BBC Radio 1Xtra), Jody Gillett (Brasil Music Exchange).
Today from 1-4pm they’re co-presenting and producing sections of the broadcast, which will also include recordings of our Presenter Panel discussion from yesterday, as well as live tracks from the Hannah Lou Clark live session, and also tracks from a live band who are coming in today, Anushka (Brownswood Recordings)
