KL.FM’s breakfast show presenter and programme controller Adam Newstead is joining Global in East Anglia.
RadioToday understands Adam’s new job will be as Heart Suffolk and Norfolk’s programmer, after Steve Martin left without explanation earlier this year.
Adam made an emotional announcement about his departure on his show on Wednesday last week, and his last show on KL.FM will be Friday 27th March 2015. He thanked KLFM and parent company UKRD for allowing him to talk about it on-air. “It’s very hard for me to say goodbye to this station because I love it like a brother,” he said.
