Sandy Beech to produce new Chris Moyles jingles

Now the facts and figures are out, we can also confirm the other important news – yes – there will be jingles.

And we can also confirm Sandy Beech, creator of jingles for The Chris Moyles Show on Radio 1 via his company Music 4, will be creating them.

Music 4 created hundreds of jingles for BBC Radio 1 during Chris’ eight year stint at the station, along with other clients including Magic, Radio City, Wave 105, UTV Radio and the BBC.

Production News is brought to you by BedsandBeats.com.

Confirming the news to RadioToday, Sandy said: “So the Moyles news is finally out and here’s the exclusive on the jingles.. I have been asked personally by Chris and Radio X to work on the show which is very flattering.

“I have of course said yes. I love working with Chris and I am sure we will have lots of fun along the way on this next, new and exciting chapter in UK radio!”

It’s unknown at this stage if Paul Turner the voice guy, or Richard Oliver the singer, will also be making a return.

Here’s a couple of cuts to remind us of how they sounded from the beginning:
