Coca-Cola returns as Jingle Bell Ball sponsor


The Jingle Bell Ball will be headline sponsored by Coca-Cola this year, with promotion on Capital FM, Capital TV and online.

Part of the deal will see some Capital FM presenters join the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck at some of its stops around the UK in November and December.

Coca-Cola and Capital FM will also be giving away tickets to the event, which is usually a sell-out.

Mike Gordon, chief commercial officer at Global said: “Coca-Cola is synonymous with Christmas. To have Coca-Cola on board reinforces the reputation of Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball as one of the biggest events in the Christmas calendar. We’re looking forward to bringing our biggest Jingle Bell Ball yet to Capital listeners.”

Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball allows us to do just that with some of the world’s leading music artists and their adoring fans.”

Last year more than 30,000 people attended London’s O2 Arena to see performances from Taylor Swift, Take That, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran and more.

Coca-Cola was headline sponsor in 2013, whilst Morrisons bought the slot last year.
