Digital Radio UK and the Radio Academy North West is to hold a free radio event looking at digital radio in the area on June 13th.
Doing the DAB, which has already held events in Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester, will be held at the Radio City Tower but places are strictly limited.
There are now 66 national and local stations broadcast in Liverpool on DAB and this unprecedented amount of choice is helping grow radio listening in Liverpool.
The event will be hosted by Radio Academy NorthWest Chair, John Ryan, and speakers will be drawn from BBC, commercial radio and community radio including BBC Merseyside, Radio City, Bauer Network , Nation Radio , Muxco and Digital Radio UK.
Confirmed speakers include Graham Bryce – Bauer Network, Radio Historian – David Lloyd, Matt Deegan – Muxco, Jason Bryant – Nation Radio, John Ryan – Gaydio, Ford Ennals – Digital Radio UK with more speakers to be announced.
The event runs from 6 – 8.00pm on Tuesday 13 June at the Radio City Tower.
